Self-service password reset feature in Azure Active Directory allows users to change their password by themselves when they wish to or when they forgot their login credentials. This feature reduces the IT or helpdesk team’s time in resetting user passwords. All of this results in reduced fraction and increased productivity. Find out how to enable self-service
Step 1: Log in to Azure
Log in to the Azure portal using a global administer account.
Step 2: Select for an Azure Active Directory
Once logged in, search for an Azure Active Directory. Then, click on the Password reset option from the menu on the left.
Step 3:Step 3: Go to Properties
In the Properties page, you find an option to manage a self-service password reset.
You must click on the Selected option to enable it. In the case in the future, if you need to disable the feature, click on the None button.
Step 4:Step 4: Save Your Changes
Click on the Select button to save the changes with immediate effect.
