In today’s article, we will explore the option of saving Gmail attachments and files directly to Dropbox. Keep in mind that you must already have the Dropbox for Gmail add-on installed to follow these steps.
Step 1: Open an Email with Attachments
Log in to your Gmail account and open an email with attachments.

Step 2: Click on the Dropbox Icon
Click on the Dropbox icon that you can see on the right side of the page.

Step 3: Open Dropbox Window
By clicking on the Dropbox logo, a window opens within your Gmail account where you can drag and drop files or attachments to Dropbox.

Step 4: Select Which Files You Want to Save
Click on the Gmail attachment that you want to save to your Dropbox.

Step 5: Click on the Dropbox Link on the Attachment
Click on the dropbox icon on the attachment and then save the file to a preferred Dropbox folder.
